Ellie Mae
|
Below you'll find pictures of our little Ellie Mae. Why is her web page pink? Well, because it just suits her, that's why. She's the most feminine pug I've ever met. She's dainty and sweet and cuddly and very pink. She loves to snuggle and when she gets to sleep in bed, she prefers to sleep cheek to cheek, where you can feel her soft breath and she feels secure. She and Fabio are thick as thieves and keep close tabs on one another. Even though she's only a week younger than Fabio, she looks to him for protection and prefers to leave the scary things in life up to her prince charming. She is very expressive and is not shy about staring you down, trying to use "the force" to impress upon you what she would like to have done for her. She gets along with the cat fine. She's not toy or food aggressive, but she'll steal all the cuddling attention she can from everyone else. One of Ellie's trademark characteristics is her sweet little nose touch. If I'm sitting at the computer, engrossed, she'll approach my ankle and give it the softest touch with her nose or she'll give me a little angel lick. A tiny kiss so soft that you almost wouldn't even notice she'd done it! And she loves to have her chin on you. So when I'm sitting on the sofa or in bed reading, she doesn't have to be in my face, or block the book, or want a good scratch. She's happy just laying beside me with her chin softly touching my leg or arm. Lately she has also developed into the tattle tale of the house. When others are getting out of line, she stands back and has her little distinctive tattle tale bark. It's nice that the pugs are finally becoming self-policing! |
