Stud Requirements
| Fee is due at time that service is performed (or pick of litter due when weaned). Stud will perform service and if a conception does not occur, a second service will be performed at the next heat with the same payment option unless otherwise agreed upon. |
| Will provide a pedigree at time of mating. |
| Once the notification information below is received, the stud owner will complete Section A of the AKC registration application form and mail it to the bitch owner. |
Bitch Requirements
| Provide pedigree, registration information, vet records and brucellosis testing at time of mating. |
| Will not mate with any other males during the same heat cycle. |
| When puppies are born, notify the stud owner with the following information: date of the whelping, number of pups whelped, number of surviving puppies (including possible cause of death of dead puppies), number of males and females, and their colors. |
| Receive the registration application form from the stud owner and complete section B and mail it, together with the registration fee, to the AKC. |
